Hand drawn lineart, colored in Photoshop. Yey for general Photoshop butterfly brushes!
The background is a manga scan of the Moon Kingdom and I really just copy and pasted it. Technically, that's probably 'not allowed' but I really just didn't feel like drawing the whole thing so nya. I made the puffy cloud things but wow, they weren't that hard.
Anyway, mostly just for fun because I felt like drawing Eternal Sailor Moon. There's lots of stuff I could've worked harder on but I kind of just wanted to finish it. Yey for floating.Someday I should do this picture again, but better
