New Sailor Moon Artbook in 2013In case you've missed the social media explosion in the last half hour, Kodansha just announced they are doing a world wide release of a new Sailormoon artbook next year. Here's the official post.
"The Sailor Moon Art Book will be released in The
United States, Japan, and five other countries simultaneously. Each
country’s edition will be a trade paperback with dust jacket, in full
color, and will have original, special bonus material. The trim size and
page count will be identical for all seven releases."They said that it will include both old art from the original artbooks as well as new, unreleased stuff.

First FAQ so please be gentle
I see so many art thieves lately and now they seem to have stepped up their game.
In turn I thought i'd be helpful to make a F.A.Q about how to avoid them. I've even seen
some post some of my friends art and it's just plain wrong. However arguing with a art
thief/troll will not work. Doing that only makes them angry and want to ignore you to piss you
off because you pissed them off. Make sense? ^^;
Also being rude and cursing them out is bad on your part too! :iconyuicryplz:
Now onto the "How to Avoid Being Scammed By An Art Thief"
I noticed art thieves usually don't think things through and are quick to do the things
to gain popularity and points. I'll give you some tips on how to spot one.

Tip 1. They Spam Uploads
Usually art thieves/scammers steal really good arts, but thats not where I'm going with this.

RP StarterA vase sat on the windowsill in the kitchen.  It was full of a colorful array of roses, all that seemed to be slightly glowing as the sun hit them gently.  A gust of wind breeze past them into the house, making some of the roses sway.  A petal fell from a darkened blue rose, just as a man walked into the kitchen area, taking a good look upon the beautiful flowered array.  He picked up a cup from the table and went to stand by the windowsill as he drank from the cup.  The man was in deep thought about many things, past and present as he had noticed the doorbell ringing.  "Who could that be?" He thought as he walked to go answer the door.  He opened the door to see who was there.
Fan Art contestOMG, guys! Yesterday I heard that my drawings won the contest of fan art on our anime festivals "Akihabara". I didn't expect! It's really pleasure. The first time I take part in a big contest. O_o I'm still in shock.

Hi there! :DHey there. Sorry I haven't been able to write a journal lately. I've just been so busy with school. I'm not able to make art, or write fanfiction because of it. However, I don't have anything I need to do today so I'm writing this journal. Spanish 3 is very difficult for me. I'm coming across new words that I've never seen before, and don't know the meaning to.
So it looks like I'm going to have to try my best at it, even though it's difficult.
I also have Economics this year, which I'm not too fond of. I'm more interested in Government than Economics.
I was gonna get in French 2 but they canceled the class, so I chose Spanish 3.
So I'm thinking about starting Madoka Magica. Oh did you guys hear that Sailor Moon is coming back in 2013?
For those of us in France Code Lyoko will be new sometime this year. For those of us in the United States it shows sometime next year unfortunately. As for the other countries you'll have to look for yourself because I have no clue on that.

Sailor Moon: New Anime in 2013 (now w/video)

This is not a rumor!

It was officially announced that there will be a BRAND NEW Sailormoon Anime in Summer 2013!  The original Japanese VAs for Moon and Tuxy seem to be reprising their roles (based on the conversation in the event). We don't have much more detail, a letter from Naoko said she hopes we like the new series and she's happy to be making it. She said she's overwhelmed at the support the series still has and it makes her happy. She didn't think she could do something new but now she's happy she can bring them back!

They said the audience is intended to be the original fans of the show. It will be like a "powered up" of the original story, aimed at the good girls (and boys!) who grew up with the show. TOEI is doing it.

There was something in the announcement about it being released worldwide but we don't know the details. We do not know what this means as far as a possible English dub/sub. We don't yet know when/how this will reach a US market.

The new theme song is being performed by Momoiro Clover Z.  They performed "Z Otome Shinsou" - Z Girls War during the announcement but we don't know what the new opening is yet.

The new manga (and I assume the new anime) is titled "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon" which is what the live action drama was called. PGSM used to stand for just the title of the live action, but the new releases share the same title so @__@
