Started this on the way home from Yellowstone to be a companion piece for the Sailor Uranus I did during my 24 hour livestream. I am going to 'shop them together soon.

haha i think her head looks fine too, and uranus's head too. XD it just look like neptune has more typical anime proportions while uranus is more realistic haha. but anyhoo, neptune came out so purty~ <3
