Edited image of Sailor Neona was something I made for Psi a few years ago. Recently, she's gotten re-interested in her senshi and asked me to design a new brooch for her. This image shows the original character design, the sketch for the brooch design, and the final product.

As you can see, two more gemstones were added for the final brooch. The mini-brooch was made to go on Psi's ball joined doll. Penny included for scale reference!
