Sailor Charlotte and Moonlight Kyubey

I started this on LiveStream last night after we were talking about a Sailor Kyubey. I really wanted to do Charlotte and thought about doing a Tuxedo Kyubey, but then Moonlight Kyubey was mentioned and of course, with the white outfit, it was perfect!

I went to ACMoore looking for cheese scrapbooking paper, but I found icecream instead so I added some cupcake stickers for good measure.
