For :iconhao-007:

This was my first time working with minky. I understand why people love it; it's soft. It's soooooo very soft. ; ^ ; But it also sheds like crazy and makes a HUGE mess so I can't say I'm super fond of sewing with it. ;D

I actually had a lot of trouble with this plush, even though the design is pretty simple. There was something wrong with the iron on transfer paper and it gave me trouble the entire time. I should've quit with it and got another sheet but I was stubborn and tried to make it work. So the face came out a little wonky. I accidentally smudged the ink on the eye so I tried to correct it by adding shading to them. I'm not entirely sure it was effective.

Even though I had quite a bit of trouble with her and even though the minky made a HUGE MESS, I'm glad I was able to make her and learn some things. ^___^ Next plush will be Kyoko from Madoka Magica!

How do your plushies stand on their own?
And the pastel colours are really nice.

I'm not that familar with this series but she is so cute. And, thank you I always hear about minky but no one ever said what it was like to work with. Great job.

How do you make the eyes or the whole face - do you draw it or do you sew it on?
