Korra Plush 2.0 - FOR SALE! by sakkysa Korra Plush 2.0 - FOR SALE! by sakkysa
This plush is for sale! See this journal for details!

After I made the last Korra Plush I was contacted about being in an exhibition of Korra art in LA this March with PixelDrip Gallery. Very cool! But since she was a commission, I had to whip up another one. :giggle: Lil' lady is off to the big lights of LA! How fancy is that!? :eager:

I am hoping I can go out there too, but it depends on a lot of other things. :slow:

How did you do her ponytail? I have been trying to figure it out, and using your two plushies as reference, but I just... can't wrap my head around how I do it >_< I bow down to your superior plushie skills (coming from a newbie lol)

Aww haha well for Korra I cut a half circle in the back of each of the head parts, near the top. This creates a little opening where I can slip the pony tail in. This way, when you attach it, there's still an opening and you don't have to stuff it ahead of time. You can also stuff it ahead of time and just sew it flat into the existing seam but it will flop back and forth and it might be harder to turn the head.

Let me know if you need a drawing to show what I mean if it's not clear in words!

I would love a drawing or video tutorial! Seriously, I've stalked your gallery quite a bit (almost accidentally, because every amazing plushie I find while searching leads me back to you), and I want to see how you work ;)

This is very cute! :D Too bad it has been sold already, but she is very pretty! Do you know any one who could maybe have a korra plush or Asami that could be bought sometime after Christmas? Or maybe even Katara? I am looking for one but can not find any.

Thank you! I have a few friends who make custom plush who might be open at that time! I will pass your needs on and see if anyone's available? :D

So cool! This reminds me to pick up the first season of Korra on blu-ray.
