ApolApol Plushie by sakkysa ApolApol Plushie by sakkysa
ApolApol is the lost fifth member of the Amazoness Quintet! Here you see her playing in the jungle (in my front yard).

She belongs to :iconsongofamazon: who commissioned by trade this little one. :3

Things I learned:
1) iron on transfer eyes need to be put on before you sew the face to anything, otherwise your seams get all funny ^^;
2) sewing a donut is kind of challenging :XD:
3) I am able to dye white pompoms any color with water and acrylic paint!
4) See through ruffly bodice trimmings are FUN!

Thank you! :3 The fabric is all felt! The eyes are iron on transfers, though on this one I think I hand painted the eye lids and brows.

Iron on transfers have been working well for me, though they require some patience when they are so small. Felt has also been working well for me; its not the most durable material, but it's affordable :D

Super cute. You are getting so good Sakky. I know there is an easier way to sew donuts, I just can't remember because it's been about 4 years since I learnt.
